This training is confusing but stepping back from and looking at the function… I get it.

We keep saying the setup is simple, but the fear is in the moment the mapping hits money and we find out where it does not line up.

We keep saying price is objective, then change it the moment we count a different pile.

Control feels easy once it’s working, but trusting it enough to change the plan is the hard part.

Some things don’t need to happen again to keep costing you. They just stay active until someone tells the system they’re done.

We say it’s fine to let things grow up and go, but the quiet part is how hard it is to be the one left behind.

You kept trying to balance numbers that refused to lineup, and it felt like the system was telling us the truth. We didn’t want to admit: half the story was filtered out.

The numbers look so clean until you change one setting and realize how much your story depends on the lens you choose.

Pricing breaks when the system has too many answers and no one remembers which one wins.

The hard part isn’t the math. It’s deciding what should stay whole, what should split, and what should carry forward.

Why is @claudeai on a teams account seems so very different compared to my personal account in terms of usage limits? I personally pay for 5x max, teams are supposed to be 1.25x but it feels like just regular old pro.

If you are recording training videos, do try eliminate the uh, um, err, etc from your dialogue.

Training for a new certification… The first session is 3hrs 45min!

I have a good career and it feels like a J.O.B. I like what I do but it just isn’t exciting anymore.
